Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls.
Resolve product/service-related queries.
Update customer details in CRM.
Follow up on unresolved issues.

Requirements:
Graduation mandatory
Excellent comunication skill (English)
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
