We are looking for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused individual to handle customer communication and assist in maintaining sales records. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and manage incoming phone calls from customers with a polite and professional attitude.
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer messages and emails across different platforms.
• Maintain and update monthly sales records from WhatsApp inquiries, online orders, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Provide basic product information, assist customers with their queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer feedback or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
• Keep detailed and organised records of communication and transactions.

Requirements:

• Fresher or Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or communication-related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp, Excel, email, and other communication tools.
• Any degree (Graduation in any discipline).
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
