Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Update customer information in the database during and after each call/Chat. • Maintain a database of customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. • Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services. Utilize data to highlight the benefits of our platform. • Receiving inbound calls and resolving customer quarries, coordinating with client for smooth rental purchases. • Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
