Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Required Skills & Expectations:Expert in LinkedIn Strong networking and lead generation skillsProven Track Record Must secure a minimum of 2 projects per month (size doesnt matter)Revenue Target The total project value must be at least 2x the salary

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services.Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.Identify and address customer needs and concerns.Proactively seek opportunities to improve customer experience.
