Should be fluent and grametically correct in english

Should know how to run Pivot, Vlookup etc in excel.
will liaison with internal departments to get information and communicate the customers through phone & Email
will be responsible for writing products details and description for listing on online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc.

Educational Qualification

Graduation in any stream (Engligh preferred)
Prior experience in E-commerce preferred
