  • Should be fluent and grametically correct in english
  • Should have good email etiquette and know how to draft a professional email.
  • Should be profecient in Microsoft Office specially Excel
  • Should know how to run Pivot, Vlookup etc in excel.
  • will liaison with internal departments to get information and communicate the customers through phone & Email
  • will be responsible for writing products details and description for listing on online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduation in any stream (Engligh preferred)
  • Prior experience in E-commerce preferred
