1. Respond to student and parent queries
Handle enquiries about colleges, courses, admissions, eligibility, fees, and entrance exams received through phone, email, chat, and the website’s contact forms, giving accurate and timely answers.
2. Guide students through the admission journey
Help prospective students shortlist colleges and courses based on their interests, budget, and location, and explain application steps, deadlines, and required documents.
3. Maintain accurate information and data
Keep college listings, course details, fee structures, and admission dates up to date by coordinating with the content team, and flag outdated or incorrect information on the website.
4. Manage leads and follow-ups
Record every enquiry in the CRM, follow up with interested students, and pass qualified leads to partner colleges or the counselling team while keeping a log of all interactions.
5. Resolve complaints and gather feedback
Address user concerns promptly and professionally, escalate complex issues to senior team members, and collect student feedback to improve website content and the overall user experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
