CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE - Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for service updates and bookings.
• Coordinate with pickup & delivery teams to ensure timely completion.
• Record customer feedback and escalate service issues.
• Follow up with customers post-service for satisfaction and repeat orders.
• Update CRM / internal software with call logs and order details.

Skills Required:

• Good communication in Tamil, Hindi, or Kannada (as per role).
• Empathetic, patient, and problem-solving attitude.
• Basic computer and CRM handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,290.44 - ₹24,965.99 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Purasawalkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
