Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our growing team at BR Ceramics. In this role, you will interact with customers, address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for calling leads, answering inbound calls

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle incoming calls and proactively call leads to discuss BR Ceramics products and services.
• Understand customer needs and coordinate with Team members
• Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Coordination with all Departments

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service or in leads calling is preferred.
• Spoken and basic English and Hindi is essential.
• Preferred-knowledge of using Ms. Office. E mail writing
