Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, or chats. Understand customer queries and provide accurate, timely solutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department as needed. Strive for first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction. Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (as per company criteria). Freshers or candidates with prior customer service experience can apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Positive attitude and problem-solving approach. Flexible to work in 24/7 shift
