Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Keep records of calls and update customer information accurately. Follow communication scripts and company policies during interactions. Report issues and feedback from customers to supervisors. Required Skills & Qualifications: " ONLY MALE CANDIDATES " Minimum education: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream). Verbal communication skills in [Hindi / Regional Language Punjabi]. Strong listening skills and problem-solving ability. Patience, persistence, and a customer-focused approach.
