Job Description

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, product support) for issue resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending cases.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce customer support will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
