Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with strong communication skills to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate CRM records. The role involves handling customer queries, providing tracking updates, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels
· Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system
· Provide order/tracking updates to customers
· Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
· Customer-oriented attitude with attention to detail
Experience:
· 2–4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
Location: Sector 37, Gurgaon
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday (10 am – 7 pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
