Job Description

Role summary

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can handle customer queries and work closely with our internal departments to get them resolved on time. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, follows up well, and stays calm under pressure.

Key responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and complaints by phone and email, and keep a record of each one.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, service, dispatch, accounts and others) to resolve customer issues quickly.
Follow up with those departments until each issue is closed, and keep customers updated on progress.
Provide accurate information about products, orders, deliveries and service requests.
Maintain customer records and complaint logs, and report pending or recurring issues to the manager.
Maintain a professional, courteous approach in every interaction.

Requirements

Qualification: Any degree
Experience: 2–3 years in customer care or customer support, with experience handling internal departments
Languages: Fluent in English and Tamil. Knowledge of other languages (such as Hindi) is an added advantage.
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication
Good coordination and follow-up
Problem solving and patience in handling customers
Working knowledge of MS Office and email
Time management and the ability to handle several tasks at once
