  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within specified time limits
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Keep records of customer interactions and maintain customer databases
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
