Job Description

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s queries in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within specified time limits
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Keep records of customer interactions and maintain customer databases
Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
