Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Customer Care Executive (Telecaller). The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support and assistance, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role includes daily interactions with customers over the phone, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues they may have. Strong analytical skills and effective communication are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills (English must)

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• Basic computer proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
