Customer Care Collections Associate

Role Overview: As a crucial member of the NTT Data Services team, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional services to clients and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be involved in performing outbound calls to insurance companies in the US to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables, responding to customer inquiries via phone or in writing, analyzing medical insurance claims, and resolving routine questions following established guidelines. Additionally, conducting research on customer inquiries, maintaining a strong understanding of the healthcare insurance industry, and collaborating with the team leader to ensure smooth processes will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform outbound calls to insurance companies in the US to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables - Respond to customer inquiries via phone or in writing - Analyze medical insurance claims and resolve routine questions following established guidelines - Conduct research on customer inquiries - Maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare insurance industry - Collaborate with the team leader to ensure smooth processes Qualifications Required: - University degree or equivalent with a focus on English language studies - Experience using Windows PC applications - Prior experience in a service-oriented role involving communication with English-speaking customers - Ability to apply business rules to different situations and make appropriate decisions Additional Information: Please note that to excel in this role, you must be available to work during scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday between 17:30 pm to 3:30 am IST. Shift timings may be subject to change based on client requirements, and overtime or weekend work may be necessary depending on business needs. All new hires will undergo Orientation/Process training classes to ensure proficiency in the role's responsibilities. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are preferred for this role to effectively exchange information with clients.,
