Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care - Calling position located in Gondal. The Customer Care representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide detailed information about our services, address customer inquiries and issues and deliver excellent customer service. The representative will also document interactions, update customer records and collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in handling customer calls and providing information
• Ability to document customer interactions accurately
• Problem-solving skills and ability to address customer inquiries effectively
• Ability to work on-site in Gondal and collaborate with team members
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
• Experience in agricultural or farming communities is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
