Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care - Calling position located in Gondal. The Customer Care representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide detailed information about our services, address customer inquiries and issues and deliver excellent customer service. The representative will also document interactions, update customer records and collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
