Customer Care Advocate - Software

Role Overview: As a Customer Care Representative at Rockwell Automation, you will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and resolving issues to ensure a great customer experience. Reporting to the Software and Contract Services Supervisor in Noida, India, you will also focus on identifying process improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Solve customer issues with a positive and solution-oriented mindset, prioritizing customer needs. - Identify customer needs promptly and collaborate with others to exceed expectations. - Serve as a subject matter expert on business systems for processing contracts and orders. - Analyze trends and escalate issues as necessary. - Collaborate with Specialists and Business Process Owners to develop best practices. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience. - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent. - Ethical, thoughtful, and optimistic mindset. - Experience in building relationships with key partners for each assigned customer. - Ability to assess the urgency of tasks and support requests. - Comfortable working in a fast-changing tech environment and navigating multiple business systems. - Systematic thinker with a detail-oriented approach to documenting customer issues.
