Key Responsibilities: - Manage Customer Onboarding and related activities. - Assist in Customer Onboarding and provide solutions in case of issues. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable required systems and processes. - Maintain Customer Onboarding trackers and dashboards. Qualification Required: - Graduate/ Post Graduate from any college. - Minimum 1+ years of work experience in Ops support/Onboarding. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Mandatory communication skills in Kannada. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite tools including Excel and PowerPoints.
