Description
As a Custom Software Engineering Sr Analyst at Accenture, your role involves helping balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources by driving marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise. You will accelerate time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement, and Media Growth Services. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, develop & manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, a CRM platform that allows you to create and manage marketing relationships and campaigns with customers. To excel in this role, we are looking for the following qualifications and skills: - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder. - Proficiency in configuring and customizing SFMC components such as data extensions, email templates, and automations. - Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC and campaign execution. - Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Exposure to API integration to fully utilize SFMC's API capabilities. - Knowledge of Marketing Automation best practices. - End-to-end understanding of SFMC Social Studio. - Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization. - Experience in campaign reporting and analysis, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights. Your roles and responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Project Manager and/or marketing stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and requirements by reviewing briefs and seeking clarification before the build. - Assisting in the execution of campaign strategies, including audience segmentation, journey mapping, and content creation. - Configuring and customizing SFMC components to support campaign execution. - Building and maintaining various standard data extensions/customer master within SFMC for accurate segmentation and personalization. - Setting up and executing email, SMS, direct mail, social/paid, and other marketing broadcast or journey-based campaigns using SFMC tools. - Monitoring campaign performance and engagement metrics, providing regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders. - Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues related to campaign execution. - Fully understanding ticketing/request management tools and accurately recording updates, data points, timestamps, etc., to provide a seamless campaign experience to both internal and external stakeholders. - Adhering to all Desktop Procedures (DTPs)/Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and completing all required reports for accurate reporting to both clients and leadership.
