Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will also engage in design discussions, ensuring that the applications align with business objectives while maintaining a focus on user experience and efficiency. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Should have End-to-End Implementation experience in Utilities - Transmission and Distribution projects. Having More Interface experience. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Experience in application design and development methodologies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage cross-functional relationships. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
