Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with organizational goals, managing project timelines, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet user needs and are delivered on schedule. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with SharePoint Framework and web parts development. - Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform for application integration. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. - Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.
