Summary:As an Network Lead, We are looking for a skilled and experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco Routers and VeloCloud SD-WAN technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise network environments. Additional knowledge of Cisco Switching, Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), Infoblox DDI, and F5 Load Balancers is a strong plus.-Key Responsibilities-Lead day-to-day operations and optimization of Fortinet and VeloCloud SD-WAN platforms.-Oversee configuration and management of Cisco Meraki and Fortinet wireless networks.-Manage Cisco routing & switching and Fortinet switching infrastructure.-Guide and support L2 engineers in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.-Design, review, and implement advanced configurations for Infoblox DDI and F5 Load Balancers.-Manage Fortinet firewalls including complex policies, VPNs, and security posture tuning.-Develop and enforce network operations standards, documentation, and automation practices.-Collaborate with architecture and security teams to plan and deploy new network solutions.-Participate in capacity planning, performance optimization, and DR (Disaster Recovery) strategy.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Routers (ISR/ASR series) for enterprise WAN environments.Design, implement, and maintain VeloCloud SD-WAN solutions across multiple sites.Support Cisco Switching infrastructure, including VLANs, trunking, and Layer 2/3 configurations.Assist with the configuration and maintenance of Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and wireless networks.Monitor and ensure optimal network performance, availability, and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for network changes, upgrades, and incident resolution.Maintain up-to-date network documentation including diagrams, IP schemas, and configurations.Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical network incidents.Professional & Technical
Skills:-8+ years of experience in enterprise or service provider network operations.-Advanced expertise in Fortinet and VeloCloud SD-WAN platforms.-In-depth knowledge of Cisco routing & switching, Fortinet switches, and Meraki /Fortinet wireless.-Strong experience with Infoblox DDI and F5 Load Balancer solutions.-Deep understanding of Fortinet firewall management and network security principles.-Proven ability to lead teams, manage incidents, and handle escalations.-Experience with change management and ITIL frameworks.Experience with Cisco Switching (Catalyst/Nexus), spanning tree, EtherChannel, and Layer 3 routing.Working knowledge of Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (9800/5508/3504) and wireless design best practices.Familiarity with Infoblox DDI for DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.Exposure to F5 BIG-IP Load Balancers (LTM, GTM), iRules, and SSL offloading.Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python) and scripting.Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise change management workflows.Advanced certifications such as CCIE, F5-CTS, or Infoblox Core DDI certification are a plus.
Additional Information:The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SD-WAN Operations.-Fortinet NSE 5/6/7/8, VMware SD-WAN (VeloCloud), Cisco CCNP/CCIE, or F5 Certified Professional certifications.This position is based at our Gurugram office.15 years of schooling. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
