Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be involved in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will revolve around creating innovative solutions to address business needs and ensuring seamless application functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead the development and implementation of new applications

Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application development processes

Proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III

Strong understanding of RPG IV and RPG Free

Experience in developing and maintaining applications on IBM AS/400 platform

Knowledge of DB2/400 database management system

Hands-on experience in debugging and troubleshooting RPG programs
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IBM AS/400 RPG III

This position is based at our Hyderabad office

A 15 years full-time education is required
