Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are tailored effectively to the requirements of the organization.Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and Angular.Translate UI/UX wireframes and designs into responsive, high-quality code.Implement reusable components, services, and state management (Redux, NgRx, etc.).Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs services.Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and frameworks.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and Angular.

Translate UI/UX wireframes and designs into responsive, high-quality code.

Implement reusable components, services, and state management (Redux, NgRx, etc.).

Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.

Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs services.

Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and frameworks.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Frontend Frameworks:React, Angular

State Management:Redux, NgRx

API Integration:RESTful services

Testing:Unit tests, Integration tests, End-to-end tests

Agile Methodologies:Code reviews, sprint planning, agile ceremonies

Performance Optimization and Scalability

UI/UX Implementation from Wireframes

Continuous Learning of Latest Frontend Technologies

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in React.js.

Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.

Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies to ensure software quality.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
