Project Role :Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description :Utilize modular architectures, next-generation integration techniques and a cloud-first, mobile-first mindset to provide vision to Application Development Teams. Work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale.

Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will utilize modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques to provide vision to Application Development Teams. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, employing a cloud-first and mobile-first mindset, and working within an Agile framework to create value across diverse projects of varying scopes and scales. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute innovative ideas, and ensure that the development process aligns with the overall project goals, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Hands-on with SQL skills is required.

Nice to have - Experience with Snowflake, Oracle DB, Python for analysis, and prompt-design for GenAI-assisted insights.

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Experience in Agile methodologies and practices.

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.

Familiarity with modular architecture and cloud-based solutions.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
