About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Technical Understanding (awareness level – not hands-on building)Understanding of API-based application platformsFamiliarity with deployment pipelines and CI/CD conceptsBasic awareness of EKS (Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service) and cloud-native environmentsUnderstanding of LLM-based framework/tool (e.g., LangGraph, LangSmith)General knowledge of data/index access patterns for applicationsCoordination & Onboarding SkillsExperience onboarding application teams onto platform servicesAbility to coordinate across engineering teams, product teams, and platform stakeholdersStrong communication and stakeholder-management skillsAbility to translate platform capabilities into application team needsSkilled at guiding teams through platform usage, processes, and best practicesExperience managing dependencies, access requests, and environment readinessOperational SkillsAbility to assist with platform access, documentation, and workflow setupFamiliarity with tracking onboarding progress, blockers, and timelinesOrganizational skills for managing multiple teams and projects concurrentlySoft SkillsClear and structured communicationProblem-solving and proactive issue-resolutionAbility to work in a fast-moving, technical environment without being the primary builderAdditional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automation in Application Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
