About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills :Oracle Cloud Order Management

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest trends in application development and management, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Order Management.

Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

Experience with configuration and customization of Oracle Cloud applications.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for Oracle Cloud applications.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Order Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
