Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to fulfil specific business needs.Hands-on experience with CRM, Sales, and Marketing modulesDevelop software and design solutions independently to satisfy customer requirements that consider performance and availabilityPartner with engineering product managers and principal software engineers to translate requirements into detailed designsTune performance and resolve availability issues of product or service and its dependencies in production.Developing code to satisfy complex requirementsAdopt engineering best practices while contributing to the definition of the engineering lifecycle as well as the definition of best practices Professional & Technical
Skills:

Hands-on experience in software development, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience in user management and security configuration within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements, including creating custom entities, workflows, power automate flows and business rules Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and integration with other Microsoft services Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL with experience in web services (REST/SOAP) Folid understanding of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and deployment using managed solutions Experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps (both model-driven and canvas apps), Power Automate, and PCF controls etc.Knowledge/experience in CICD pipeline execution process. Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based services is advantageous, specifically Azure Functions Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Experience with HTTP and REST architecture
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
