About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Must have skills :Dynatrace Administration

Good to have skills :Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and managing the development process to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.

Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Skills:

Proficiency in Dynatrace Administration.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Strong understanding of application performance monitoring and optimization.

Experience in configuring and managing Dynatrace environments.

Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
