You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute innovative ideas, and ensure that the development process aligns with the overall project goals, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Experience in Agile methodologies and practices. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements. - Familiarity with modular architecture and cloud-based solutions.
