Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into effective software designs, ensuring that the solutions are scalable and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions to ensure optimal performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Field Service Lightning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of agile development methodologies. - Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications. - Proficient in developing custom components and applications within the Salesforce ecosystem. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
