Primary Responsibility:

Operations review and coordination -

• Receipt and management of subject samples and their respective documentation.
• Monitor and coordinate scheduled equipment calibration, defrosting, maintenance, review and approve the data.
• Timely retrieval and re-storage of subject samples, blank matrices and reference standards as per the team requests.
• Legible and online documentation for their correctness and completeness, periodical raw data archival.
• Temperature monitoring data verification and maintenance of deep freezers/refrigerators.
• Blank matrices receipt, storage, stock management and maintain their consumption data records.
• Analytical columns accountability based on the requirement.
• Recording and monitoring area temperature and humidity as and when required.
• Working or reference standard receipt, storage, handling of the standards and their consumption records.
• Responding to QC/QA observations.
• Coordination with in-house AMD personnel / external vendor engineer for equipment breakdown/ failure and rectification.
• Contingency plan for storage of subject samples in case of malfunction/breakdown of deep freezer.
• Maintain temperature/RH data records periodically.
• Coordination with clinical team for shipment and related concerns or discrepancy resolutions and follow-ups.
• Facing QA Audit / Sponsor Audit / Regulatory Audit.
• Communication to respective stakeholders regarding sample discrepancies or issues if any.

Training -

• To follow General Biosafety procedures, Emergency procedures and Organizational Policies /Values.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by Head of Department.
