Custodian

A custodian, also known as a janitor or building attendant, is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and safety of a building or facility. Their duties include cleaning, sanitizing, and performing minor repairs to ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for occupants. Custodians may also be responsible for maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensuring facilities are secure. Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning:Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and washing floors, windows, and other surfaces.
• Sanitizing:Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, kitchens, and other areas to prevent the spread of germs.
• Waste Management:Emptying trash receptacles, disposing of waste properly, and managing recycling.
• Minor Repairs:Changing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues, and other basic maintenance tasks.
• Maintaining Inventory:Keeping track of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ordering replacements as needed.
• Security:Ensuring that buildings are secured after hours, and reporting any security breaches.
• Safety:Maintaining a safe environment by identifying and addressing potential hazards, such as spills or wet floors.

Pay: ₹9,990.62 - ₹16,047.46 per month
