JD For DIY Curriculum trainer Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced candiate with a science background and teaching experience to join our team. As a curriculum trainer, you will be responsible for training the teachers on DIY and tinkering subjects. Your expertise in science and technical fields, along with your teaching experience and excellent communication skills, will be instrumental in developing educational materials that inspire and empower learners. Responsibilities: Teaching and training. Responsible for conducting STEM classes across multiple branches and training teachers in Tinkering and DIY-based subjects to effectively deliver hands-on, experiential learning. Curriculum Development: Design and develop well-structured, age-appropriate, and outcome-oriented lesson plans for tinker and DIY subject, tailored to the needs of different grade levels or learning environments. Science and Technical Expertise: Utilize your strong background in science and technical disciplines to ensure accurate and up-to-date content in the lesson plans, aligning with relevant academic standards. Engaging Content: Create interactive and engaging learning activities, experiments, and demonstrations that foster critical thinking and hands-on learning experiences. Visual Aids and Resources: Incorporate relevant visual aids, multimedia elements, and supplementary resources to enhance the learning experience and cater to diverse learning styles. Communication: Deliver clear and concise instructions, explanations, and demonstrations to learners, utilizing your excellent speaking skills during presentations and teaching sessions.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (B.Tech) with a strong academic background. Previous experience as a teacher, tutor, or educator in science or technical subjects is highly desirable. Basic computer skills. Preferred- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering Strong command of written and spoken English to articulate complex concepts effectively. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and captivate learners. Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into lesson plans. Passion for education and a genuine interest in fostering students' curiosity and love for science and technology.
