Job Description – CTO (Consent to Operate) Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and execute Consent to Operate (CTO) licensing processes. The role involves ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements, coordinating with government authorities, preparing documentation, and supporting the organization in obtaining and renewing licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, apply, and follow up on Consent to Operate (CTO) licenses with State Pollution Control Board and other statutory authorities.
• Maintain records of licenses, renewals, and compliance documents.
• Ensure timely renewal and compliance with all applicable laws/regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and government departments for approvals.
• Assist in environmental audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Keep updated with regulatory changes and provide guidance to the management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Environmental Science/Engineering, Law, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling CTO or similar compliance-related work.
• Knowledge of Pollution Control Board norms, licensing processes, and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with authorities and handle compliance independently.
