As a seasoned technology leader with over 15 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the technology roadmap to drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include defining the technical architecture for booking platforms, websites, and mobile apps, while staying abreast of cutting-edge travel tech trends such as AI-driven recommendations, VR experiences, and IoT-based smart travel. Ensuring cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance will be a key aspect of your role. You will lead the development of an intuitive and high-performance website & mobile app for booking holiday destinations, integrating APIs for travel partners, and enhancing UX/UI for seamless user experiences and conversions. Managing a team of developers, engineers, and data scientists, you will foster a culture of innovation, agility, and collaboration within the tech team. Establishing best practices in software development, DevOps, and project management will be essential, along with implementing analytics tools to track customer behavior, bookings, and trends. Leveraging AI-powered insights, A/B testing, and customer feedback, you will optimize performance and drive customer retention and engagement. Evaluating third-party software solutions for integration and working closely with co-founders on fundraising pitches will also be part of your role. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. You should have a proven track record in tech leadership, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industries, with experience in developing and scaling web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in cloud computing (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), expertise in web and app development (React, Node.js, Python, Flutter), and knowledge of AI/ML, Big Data, and cybersecurity best practices are essential. Strong problem-solving, leadership skills, and the ability to align technology with business goals and customer needs will set you up for success in this role.,
