CTO - Chief Technology Officer

Previous working experience as a CTO (Chief Technology Officer) or Head of Technology
Understand the breadth and depth of enterprise technology, especially in the areas of Customer Experience Solutions, Data and IntegrationsExperience in platforms such as Salesforce Commerce, Adobe, SAP CX, CDP and integration with supporting systems (OMS, ERP, WMS, etc) is required.
Deeply understands evolving technology trends ( eg composable commerce & DXPs) and customer needs and invests in building capabilities ahead of the curveStrong client advisory skills.Must have led large cross-functional technology teams.Must be a speaker or written blogs on digital platforms.In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development.Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Proactive problem solver Attention to details.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership to multiple technology groups and practices.
• Chart vision and roadmap for technology investments and solutions to be built.
• Acts as a trusted advisor to clients and helps them blueprint organization technology charter.
• Develop deep relationships with leading Customer Experience product partners.
• Hire and develop a high-performing technology team that includes enterprise architects, platform architects and solution architects.
• Defines KPIs for the team and drives achievement of the targets.
• Conducts scheduled cadence and provides regular feedback to technology groups.
• Develops accelerators and frameworks that can help BORN differentiate and win deals.
• Provide executive leadership cover in client proposals and RFP solution presentations.
• Works with delivery leadership to ensure high client advocacy.
• Create overall technology standards and practices and drive adherence.
• Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
