About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Architect with 5 - 10 years deep expertise in SAP solutions and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications. Design, configure, and optimize solutions across SAP CRM, SAP Marketing Cloud, and SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC). Integrate SAP solutions with external systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services. Work with development teams to design cloud-native applications and services leveraging AWS infrastructure. Support data integration, system migrations, and end-to-end solution architecture. Conduct system analysis, identify gaps, and propose scalable solutions for business processes. Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions for business and technical teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, architects, developers, and quality assurance to ensure solution alignment. Stay updated on SAP and cloud technology trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Required Skills and Experience: 5 - 10 years of IT consulting or solution delivery experience. Proven expertise in SAP CRM (sales, service, marketing modules), including customization and integration with third-party systems. Deep understanding of SAP Marketing Cloud, with hands-on experience in Campaign and Segmentation modeling using CBO (Contact Business Object). Proficient in designing and managing SAP CPI iFlows for seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems. Experience with SAP CRM-Middleware, BDoc monitoring, and troubleshooting integration issues. Strong understanding of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and integration best practices. Experience working with SAP BTP services (Kyma, CAP, Workflow, Integration Suite, etc.). Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex system landscapes. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and articulate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP certifications in CRM, Marketing Cloud, or BTP. Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and cloud security. Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Exposure to customer data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
