CT Imaging Engineer

As a CT Imaging Engineer with 8-12 years of experience, your primary responsibilities will revolve around CT Imaging, annotations, and Image Analysis. A solid understanding of Human anatomy, with a preference for Cardiac anatomy, is essential for this role. Additionally, familiarity with Mechanical engineering concepts and first principles is required. Experience with the New Product Development Lifecycle for Medical Devices, as well as knowledge in Statistics and Minitab, will be beneficial. Proficiency in material sciences and processing, particularly with Metals, Polymers, and Plastics, is crucial. You should be able to apply your knowledge of materials and processes to design development effectively. Hands-on experience in test method development, along with exposure to testing and programming equipment like UTM, will be advantageous. Setting technical specifications, design requirements, and understanding design considerations such as injection molding and extrusion are key aspects of this role. Experience in Catheter design, Windchill, tolerance stack-up, and project management using tools like MS projects will be valuable. Working knowledge of ANSYS or any other CAE tool is required. Familiarity with PLCP, Design Changes, and controls is also important for this position.
