We are looking for the role of CT & MRI Technician for Hyderabad Location

Experience: 4-10 Years

Qualification : DMIT , DRGA, CRA, DMRT, B.SC -Radiology , B.SC -MIT

Notice Period : Immediate - 30 Days

Salary : Based on the Last CTC

Designation : MRI Technician

1. Performs diagnostic radiographs to include but not limited to:

• Perform complex tasks associated with the operation of high field strength magnets and related equipment to produce special radiographic images of specific body parts

• Position patients for MR scans using immobilization and protective equipment to comply with government regulations and to ensure the safety of patients and staff

• Screen patients for MR safety prior to procedure performance

• Perform Radiological procedures when not performing MRI Duties

• Start I.V.s, administer contrast media as directed and as per protocol

• Evaluate MR scans for technical quality, collate processed images and sequence of exposure and label appropriately

• Schedule patients for procedures; assist with clerical functions

• Maintain accurate patient records

• Provide for the psychological and physical needs of patients for MR procedures

• Coordinate scheduling and patient flow

1. Performs daily maintenance of equipment and room to include but not limited to:

• Daily maintenance of equipment to sustain continued operations.

• Maintenance of a clean and safe working environment.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Preparation and release of MRI reports as needed by provider or patient to include signing of release authorization and other necessary documentation.

• Handles the monitoring and ordering of supplies to maintain proper medical and office supply quantity.

Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
