You have an excellent opportunity to work with a USA-based corporation, 3g Global Systems, Inc., in the role of CSR/Tele caller/Business Operations Associate. This is a full-time/permanent position with a yearly performance bonus and salary raise. You will be entitled to 12 paid time off days annually, in addition to all paid major holidays. The work schedule consists of an early morning shift of 8 hours, with 5 days of work per week. As a candidate with 0 to 5 years of experience, your responsibilities will include providing phone/chat sales and support to customers in the USA and Canada for 3g Software Product lines. Training will be provided to ensure you excel in your role. You should be a quick learner, eager to grow professionally, dedicated to customer satisfaction, and committed to meeting sales targets. The job involves both outbound and inbound calls, focusing on sales rather than technical services. The company offers a flexible and women-friendly working environment. Desired candidates for this position should be fluent in speaking English, with American English proficiency considered a plus. Previous experience in overseas support and sales will be an advantage. Basic computer knowledge, especially with Microsoft Windows OS, is required. Flexibility with working hours is essential for this role.
