CSR /Tele caller/Operations

As a CSR/Tele caller/Business Operations Associate at 3g Global Systems, Inc., your role will involve providing phone/chat sales and support to USA/Canada customers for 3g Software Product lines. You will be responsible for both outbound and inbound calls, with a focus on customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. The job offers a Fulltime/Permanent position with a yearly performance bonus and salary raise. You will have 12 paid time off days annually, in addition to all major holidays. The working hours consist of an early morning shift of 8 hours over 5 days a week.
