CSR / Tele caller / Operations

As a CSR / Tele caller / Business Operations Associate at 3g Global Systems, Inc., you will be responsible for providing phone/chat sales and support to USA/Canada customers for 3g Software Product lines. Your role will involve outbound and inbound calls, with a primary focus on customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. The job offers a Fulltime/Permanent position with a yearly performance bonus and salary raise. You will be entitled to 12 paid time off days per year along with paid major holidays. The working hours include an early morning shift of 8 hours for 5 days a week.
