About the Role

Project Support Coordinator Community Relations

Key Responsibilities

Project & Event Coordination

Plan and execute employee volunteering activities, both onsite and virtual.
Coordinate logistics such as communication, attendance tracking, vendors, supplies, and event arrangements.
Create and manage a monthly volunteer engagement calendar with NGO partners.
Conduct periodic field visits to review project progress and ensure alignment with goals.
Engage with volunteers and site leadership to promote participation.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

Manage internal communications related to CSR programs, volunteering activities, and impact stories.
Support external communication with nonprofit partners and stakeholders.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain volunteer participation data, grant records, event metrics, and project databases.
Process invoices and track expenses against budgets.
Assist in preparing business plans, budgets, and volunteer performance reports.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably with interest in social development.
4–5 years of experience in CSR program support, project coordination, administration, or community engagement.
Passion for working with under-served communities or previous volunteering experience is preferred.
Strong multitasking abilities, planning skills, and event management capabilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with MS Office, SharePoint, project management or reporting tools, or willingness to learn quickly.
