About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers during the morning shift, helping resolve queries efficiently and professionally across multiple support channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat during morning hours (7 AM – 3 PM).
• Provide accurate and timely information, troubleshooting, and support.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy, offering appropriate solutions and ensuring follow-up.
• Record customer interactions and update CRM systems as required.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and service quality standards.
• Collect and share customer feedback to help improve services and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience in customer service or support is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a structured shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Familiarity with customer support tools like .
