Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Voice Support)
Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Day Shift (9 Hours)

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and fluent English-speaking professionals to join our customer service team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers, resolve their queries, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers over phone calls in clear and fluent English.
• Understand customer concerns, answer queries, and provide accurate information or resolution.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with customer issues.
• Ensure prompt and efficient handling of each call.
• Accurately document call details and follow up when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams if needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken English with no grammatical errors or mother tongue influence.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle customer queries patiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Must be comfortable working from the office in Jagatpura, Jaipur.
• Should be open to working a 9-hour day shift.

Preferred Qualities:

• Prior experience in voice-based customer service is a plus.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.

Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
