Job Description

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in facilitating and supporting the business head to achieve organizational goals through effective planning and implementation of Admin services. Your focus will be on ensuring high employee engagement to drive higher productivity. You will be responsible for managing End to End services in Estate/Township and Plant Premises related to Facility Administration. Additionally, you will oversee infrastructure improvement, maintenance, and upkeep of Township and Plant Premises to enhance the quality of life of employees and their families. Your role will also involve supporting the implementation of CSR activities and ensuring smooth operations during Plant Turn Around and Shut Down. Addressing employee grievances and coordinating with the Corporate Affairs team for issues related to nearby villages will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will provide end to end support for new facility construction projects. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate and support the business head in achieving organizational goals through effective planning and implementation of Admin services - Ensure End to End services in Estate/Township and Plant Premises pertaining to Facility Administration - Oversee infrastructure improvement, maintenance, and upkeep of Township and Plant Premises - Support in the implementation of CSR activities around the site - Ensure smooth functioning of Guest Houses at Township and Industrial Canteen operations - Deliver all Corporate services activities in the Plant premises and Township - Address employee grievances related to Plant and Township services - Coordinate and support Corporate Affairs team for issues related to nearby villages - Provide end to end support for new facility construction projects Qualification Required: - Post Graduate degree in facility management or any other discipline from a reputed Institute/University Additional Details: The ideal candidate should have 15-23 years of work experience in facility management and general administration, including team management experience. Skills and competencies required for this role include excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), process-centric focus, negotiation skills, planning and execution abilities, strategic orientation, ability to manage ambiguity, and a track record of delivering results on target.,
