Crystal/Rough Expert

As a Crystal/Rough Expert at Mindful Souls, your role will involve closely working with crystals and rough gemstones to conceptualize, evaluate, and develop innovative products that align with wellness and mindfulness principles. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, evaluating, and selecting crystals/rough gemstones for new product lines, collaborating with design and merchandising teams to create crystal-inspired jewelry and wellness products, ensuring authenticity, quality, and ethical sourcing of materials, providing expertise on crystal properties and healing attributes, and staying updated on global trends in crystal applications for wellness. To excel in this role, you should possess in-depth knowledge of crystals and rough gemstones, understand their holistic and healing properties, have experience in product development within wellness, lifestyle, or jewelry sectors, be aware of mindful living trends and consumer preferences, and have strong communication and collaboration skills. A passion for wellness, mindfulness, and holistic products is essential. Ideally, you should hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Gemology, Mineralogy, or a related field, have at least 4-6 years of experience working with crystals/rough gemstones, and prior experience in wellness, lifestyle, or jewelry product development would be advantageous.
